We want you to love every single thing you order from Nomad—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you, girl.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging (if applicable)

To request a return, email us at hello@nomadshelf.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Books (unless damaged during shipping)

  • Stickers & paper goods

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return makes it back to us safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We hate when this happens. Please contact us at hello@nomadshelf.com within 7 days of delivery, include a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
